Situated in Senayan Square at the South end of Jakarta’s Central Business District, Fairmont Jakarta will feature 380 spacious guestrooms and 108 Fairmont branded suites. Additional features and amenities to the urban hotel include a number of lounges and several restaurants featuring a variety of culinary offerings. For corporate events and local galas, the hotel features 3,500 square meters of function space, including a 1,200 square meter ballroom.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Overseeing 2 our prestigious and exclusive FB Outlets (K22 & View) and will be reporting to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Assist in the day to day operations of the Food & Beverage Division, ensuring all service standards are followed
Execute the delivery of department promotions and new menus; creating a destination of choice for both hotel and external guests
Assist and guide department achieve their financial and operational targets
Adhere to the annual budget and administer it in a fiscally responsible manner
Monitor control of food, beverage, labour and operating expenses
Monitor all guest service standards, constantly seeking ways to improve product and service as well as increase volumes and profits
Select, train and develop Colleagues to ensure timely recruitment and career growth
Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all safety policies
Other duties as assigned
Previous Food & Beverage experience in a senior leadership role required
Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
Pre-opening experience is an asset
Visa Requirements: Indonesia Nationality required
